My Story
Hello, my name is Theresa Fessenden. I am a 36 year old mother of 3. My Scentsy journey started on February 1, 2011. I joined Scentsy for "something to do." I knew that my children would all be in school the following year. I knew it would be nice to go out and get a job to help with the family finances, but I am so used to being at home when I need to be that it wasn't sounding good to me. I noticed that a few friends had warmers in their homes. I also noticed that my cousin posted specials about Scentsy, but usually I just passed them by. One day I got on her website, just to check it out, possibly order to see what it was all about. Instead of ordering, I contacted her and joined this awesome company within the next few days. I figured, what the heck, I might as well give it a shot. I love candles. I loved the concept of Scentsy. My business started out pretty good. My friends had parties for me. It was fun. It was easy. The product sells itself. I had a few slow months, but it never crossed my mind that it wouldn't pick back up. Then in July 2011, Scentsy announced an Incentive Trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. From August to January, I worked my business enough to earn my way and a guests way (all expenses paid) to Punta Cana. This company ROCKS!!! So, I've turned "something to do" into extra income and a way to help support my family. I've turned my business into a growning team of 38 girls and became Director within 10 months of joining. Scentsy is an awesome company to work for and the products are high quality and great for all ages!! We have everything from Scentsy Buddies for your kids or grandchildren to one-of -kind warmers and over 80 scents for anyone!! Not only does Scentsy offer awesome Incentives for their consultants, they just keep coming out with more awesome products to keep our customers wanting to come back for more!!
